After writing about fibre last week, I’ve had many messages (OK, a few, but I think they’re representative) asking me to address IBS. Irritable bowel syndrome. Bloating. Gas. Wind. That uncomfortable feeling is sadly very familiar to many people.
You’ll even find people who say they struggle to get enough fibre in their diet because of intolerances. To this, I would say it’s extremely rare to be intolerant to vegetables.
