You know all about the benefits of meditation and mindfulness by now. It’s hard to scroll through the health section of any newspaper or magazine without reading an expert extolling the power of meditation for improved focus, memory, concentration, confidence, clarity and emotional intelligence. It’s also said to improve mood by reducing stress, fatigue and anxiety.
Having better memory and focus sounds pretty good to those of us dealing with brain fog, whether from cancer treatment, menopause or just too many festive late nights. And I don’t know anyone at the moment that wouldn’t benefit from some stress management.
