It feels weird to write about anything other than the US election today. I cover health and wellness, not politics. But the result of this election will impact people’s wellbeing. Not only because women’s health is firmly on the ballot, but also because of the ways in which it will affect many people’s emotional health.
Regardless of the outcome, there will be anger and polarisation, and it may feel as though the world is heading to hell in a handcart. So I’m going to soothe your anxiety by talking about… Bonfire Night.
