M&S do a dupe for the Zoe product - 35+ plants for £6 a pouch. I’ve never tried the Zoe one (unfortunately out of my budget) so can’t compare the taste but it’s a complete bargain in comparison!
Great article as ever - is creatine definitely save for TNBC - always get concerned about supplements but I’m also strength training?
