This was news to me too! He said if you get through a bottle fairly quickly, it's probably fine to keep it in the cupboard (especially at this time of year ❄️), but keeping it in the fridge will definitely make it last longer
While I never drank cider when I consumed alcohol , I now love some craft alcohol free ciders. I live in Ireland and Stonewell is my favourite, though I imagine there are equivalents else where. Comes in a brown glass beer-like bottle with a flip top cap, so sense if occasion to open one
Thank you! I’m going to give that red wine a try.
Ooh thankyou for that, I had no idea my Three Spirits needed to be kept in the fridge and some other AF concoctions to try 🥂👍

Thank you! This is such a great list. I’ve not drank alcohol for coming up to five years and still have lots of new drinks to check out. Cheers xx

This is such a good tip, I never even think of alcohol-free cider but that would be really refreshing in the summer especially!
Thank you for making this free to read! Such useful info, it can be overwhelming trying to figure out what you like / what is worth trying
You're so welcome! I do think finding an AF drink that you love makes such a difference when you're trying to drink less alcohol
