I have found that these strategies work pretty well for me. Perfectionism leads to procrastination more times than not, in my experience. If I'm kinder to myself and change the negative and rigid self talk into friendly encouragement to reduce the pressure I put on myself, it becomes easier for me to get things done, and to repeat them enough to become a positive habit.
