I’m an upholder and it makes so much sense to me 😂 Loved this episode ❤️

Ooh turns out I'm an obliger! Which yeah... makes sense... Will someone please hold me accountable ?!

Gretchen has a Happier app. I don’t have it myself, but I understand that there are accountability tools within it that might help.

Time to set up an accountability group??

Apparently I’m an upholder, though I suspect I have questioner rising. Listening to your great chat my Dad was SUCH a rebel! And I am a classic abstainer, living with a moderator who won’t stop stocking the biscuit cupboard

It's so interesting to identify other people's tendencies with this. Once you see it, you can't unsee it!

This was great. I am a huge fan of Gretchen. A friend recommended her book, Better Than Before, to me a few years ago, which I really enjoyed. I then discovered the Happier podcast. I enjoyed this so much that I went right back and listened to every episode. No mean feat, as they’re 30 mins+. Luckily, I had a long daily commute back then!

I’m an Obliger, like Elizabeth (Gretchen’s sister). If anyone is interested, Gretchen has written a book about the four tendencies and how to “handle” other people’s tendencies, as well as your own. Really interesting stuff 🙌🏼

Listening to Happier on a commute is such a good idea, way to feel productive during that time 💪

I just took the quiz again - upholder - and couldn’t help but wonder what crossover there is between the four tendencies and neurotypical/neurodivergent thinkers x
